Promail Product Warranty

Promail Limited warrants that for a period of 12 months from date of shipment / Installation “unless otherwise stated”. All equipment shall be covered by telephone technical support and engineer guaranteed to site cover during Promail’s standard working hours of Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. We offer a best endeavour service to have an engineer on-site within 8 working hours from when your contact was first logged, this via a call to our friendly service team.

To care for all your needs on maintenance and emergency visits, Promail would be delighted to talk to you about your current on-site equipment where we can offer tailor made maintenance contracts or ad hoc support.

Installation, Logistics & Operator Training

Your Promail installation team are dedicated to ensuring that your new machine is delivered on time, in the majority of cases we will offer a pre-installation service to advise on work flow to make sure that machinery is best positioned within your facility, information on power and air requirements will also be given. Our engineers have vast experience so you can rest assured that your new solution will be up and running in no time at all. Comprehensive operator training will follow by our installation team and backed up by our team of dedicated engineers.

We understand the importance of training staff in the safe and effective operation of all equipment. As such Promail can also offer comprehensive top up operator and advanced training on a wide variety of machinery that’s not necessarily been supplied direct via ourselves.
